1. Anonymous browsing. You can visit the FIG website on the internet without telling FIG who you are or revealing any information about yourself including, but not limited to, your e-mail address. In this case, our web servers merely collect the name of the domain you used to access the Internet (i.e., aol.com) and the website you came from and subsequently visited after the FIG website. This information may be used by FIG, and/or our business partners, to measure general information such as the number of visits, average time spent, page views, and other statistics about visitors to the FIG website. FIG may also use this data to monitor its website performance and to make the website easier and more convenient to use.
2. Personal information collection. There are times when FIG may ask you for information about yourself to assist us in meeting your various needs, including, without limitation:
Providing you with requested products or services;
Servicing your account;
Improving our services; and
Developing and/or informing you of additional products or services that may be of interest.
In these cases, your browsing on the FIG website will no longer be anonymous. To provide the aforementioned services, FIG may need to ask you to provide, among other things, personal information such as your name, social security number, physical address, zip code, e-mail address and/or phone number. Please note that FIG does not knowingly solicit information from children and does not knowingly market our products or services to children.
4. Sharing information and consumer choice. When you provide information to FIG we may share your information with our affiliated companies and third-parties for the purpose of fulfilling your requests as well as offering other services that may be of interest to you. However, notwithstanding, the sharing of additional information to any third-party shall not occur unless permitted by you or requested by law. FIG may also aggregate statistics that we gather about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and services and provide these statistics to third-parties; however, when we do, these statistics will not include any personal information that identifies you or other individuals visiting the FIG website.

If you believe that an error has been made in the accuracy of your data collected, FIG will correct such error upon adequate verification of the error and the identity of the person seeking the correction.
